What is Aviation Insurance?

Aviation insurance is designed to offer protection against the risks associated with aircraft operations. It covers the insured against all risks of loss or damage and to indemnifies them in respect of Legal Liability to third parties (including Cargo Legal Liability) and passengers including Passengers' Baggage/Personal Articles arising out of the ownership, maintenance or operation of aircraft as per schedule whilst in flight, taxying or on the ground.
