What is Motorcycle Insurance?
This covers the loss or damage to the cycle and its accessories and spare parts. We also cover death or injury to third parties, damage to property belonging to third parties following an accident subject to terms and conditions of the policy to be issued.
- Accidental collision or overturning
- Collision or overturning consequent upon mechanical breakdown or wear and tear
- Malicious act
- Fire, external explosion, self-ignition or lightning
- Burglary, housebreaking or theft
- Whilst in transit by inland waterway, lift or elevator
Our comprehensive policy covers loss or damage to the cycle and its accessories and spare parts whilst thereon resulting from:
- Excess amount
- Loss of income as a result of the loss or damage
- Loss or damage when the motorcycle is driven by an unlicensed driver
- War, political risk and terrorism
- Loss or damage to own goods
- Loss or damage when the rider is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol
